California Licensed FP&A Director

Job Summary

To drive strategic business outcomes through financial insights, a California Licensed FP&A Director will manage the end-to-end OneStream architecture and solution design for global finance operations in a full-time remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and management of enterprise-scale data integrations connecting OneStream with various source systems for executive decision-making
• Drive system performance optimization and establish coding standards and data governance policies to ensure compliance
• Mentor FP&A and technical teams on architectural best practices and evaluate emerging OneStream technologies to enhance financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with OneStream XF, including complex business rule development and solution design
• Expertise in OneStream SaaS financial modeling and governance, with hands-on experience in optimizing Application Control Manager (ACM) processes
• Proven capabilities in architecting OneStream connections to enterprise systems using REST APIs and web services
• Strong SQL expertise for complex financial data modeling and performance optimization
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or information systems; OneStream Certified Professional Architect certification preferred
