California Licensed Funds Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Funds Associate with three to five years of experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise investment funds during all stages of their lifecycle
• Work with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit
• Assist investors in private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds

Required Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a corporate and securities background
• Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one
• Experience with investment funds and related legal strategies
• Excellent academic credentials
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects effectively
