California Licensed General Ledger Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Ledger Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare timely financial statements
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Proficiency with Excel, GSuite, and accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, Quickbooks)
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Candidates must reside in California, Colorado, Idaho, or Texas, and work within Pacific or Mountain Time Zones
