California Licensed General Ledger Accountant

Job Summary

Working remotely during standard US Pacific Time business hours, the full-time California Licensed General Ledger Accountant will manage accounting tasks for assigned properties, including bank reconciliations, monthly closings, and tenant inquiries related to CAM reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all accounting tasks related to assigned properties, including bank reconciliation and general ledger review
• Complete monthly closing of accounting books and prepare reports for management
• Handle annual CAM reconciliation and respond to tenant inquiries for assigned properties

Required qualifications

• Accounting degree and CPA license required
• Cum laude or better graduate from university
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
• Broad-based accounting experience in real estate is a plus
• Yardi experience preferred
