California Licensed General Liability Attorney

Job Summary

Independently managing an active caseload, the fully remote California Licensed General Liability Attorney will handle litigation from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and developing trial strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently manage an active caseload from inception through resolution
• Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, and discovery-related matters
• Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel throughout the litigation process

Required qualifications:

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 3 to 5+ years of litigation defense experience, preferably in general liability and/or subrogation matters
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload with minimal supervision
• Experience with MerusCase case management software preferred
