Key Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager or technical lead on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of environmental geologists and technicians, providing feedback and professional development
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while aligning team efforts with company goals

Qualifications

• BS in geology or related field with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent education and experience
• US citizenship or approved to work in the US is required
• Master's Degree and 10+ years of related experience preferred
• California Professional Geologist certification is preferred
• Experience in a technical discipline with line management experience is preferred
