California Licensed Global Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Global Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Contracts team to execute contract models for the Global Data Center program and improve contracting efficiency
• Influence the development of contracting models based on project-specific requirements and strategic goals
• Collaborate with Construction, Design, and external partners to manage the contract review, negotiation, and execution process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in agreement management, legal documentation, and negotiation
• Experience with construction contracting and pricing methods on industrial projects
• Experience as in-house legal counsel in a large domestic and international construction organization is preferred
• Foundational understanding of international construction law and commercial strategy implications is preferred
