Job Summary
To support a growing multidisciplinary behavioral health team, the part-time remote California Licensed Group Therapist will facilitate virtual, evidence-based psychoeducational groups for parents and caregivers of children with behavioral health needs, primarily focusing on ADHD and anxiety.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate structured virtual treatment groups for parents and caregivers, delivering evidence-based curricula with clinical fidelity
- Create an engaging and psychologically safe group environment that fosters participation and skill-building among caregivers
- Complete timely clinical documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for additional support as needed
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field with active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, or a doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) with active licensure as a psychologist
- Current California licensure with openness to obtaining licensure in other states
- Experience delivering evidence-based parent-focused interventions via telehealth
- Experience facilitating groups or structured clinical programming
- Familiarity with behavioral health concerns related to children and families, particularly ADHD and anxiety
