California Licensed Group Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing multidisciplinary behavioral health team, the part-time remote California Licensed Group Therapist will facilitate virtual, evidence-based psychoeducational groups for parents and caregivers of children with behavioral health needs, primarily focusing on ADHD and anxiety.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate structured virtual treatment groups for parents, delivering evidence-based programs and creating a supportive environment
• Manage group dynamics effectively, ensuring participation and maintaining appropriate boundaries
• Complete timely clinical documentation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for additional support as needed

Required qualifications

• Active California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Experience working with parents and caregivers of children with behavioral health concerns
• Familiarity with evidence-based parent-focused interventions via telehealth
• Experience facilitating groups or structured clinical programming
• Passion for providing excellent care to children and families
