Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Growth Director, the full-time position will lead paid acquisition strategy and performance across a portfolio of DTC wellness brands, focusing on customer acquisition efficiency, media buying systems, and scalable revenue growth in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute paid acquisition strategies across Meta, Google Search, and other channels
- Develop and optimize media buying systems, including campaign structure, budget allocation, and audience strategy
- Enhance acquisition economics by analyzing metrics such as CAC, MER, and ROAS while improving reporting and attribution systems
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in growth leadership within scaled DTC brands or performance marketing
- Proven expertise in managing significant paid media budgets across Meta and Google
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance data and attribution models
- Hands-on mentality with a desire to be directly involved in campaign performance and optimization
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics teams
