Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Meta strategy and performance management at scale ($1M+/month)
• Implement creative testing strategies and manage ad account structures, audience segmentation, and testing
• Conduct performance analysis and report on weekly metrics across channels and campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience scaling Meta advertising to $1M+/month profitably
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in MTA/MMM, Looker, and Google Analytics
• Ability to plan, execute, analyze, and react in a methodical manner
• Experience working with various paid social platforms and performance tools
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to ownership and outcomes
