Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Underwriter who specializes in Hard Money lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite Hard Money / Private Money loans and review loan files and borrower documentation
• Analyze property details, calculate LTV, ARV, and validate budgets while ensuring adherence to guidelines
• Issue approvals and conditions, collaborating with Loan Officers and Processors for efficient loan processing

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of underwriting experience in Hard Money / Private Lending
• Strong understanding of Fix & Flip and Bridge loan underwriting
• Ability to evaluate ARV-based deals and rehab scopes
• Knowledge of appraisals, title reports, and insurance
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
