Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite Hard Money / Private Money loans and review loan files and borrower documentation
• Analyze property details, deal structure, and overall risk while validating financial metrics
• Issue approvals and conditions, ensuring effective communication with team members

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of underwriting experience in Hard Money / Private Lending
• Strong understanding of Fix & Flip and Bridge loan underwriting
• Ability to evaluate ARV-based deals and rehab scopes
• Knowledge of appraisals, title reports, and insurance
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
