Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Underwriter who specializes in Hard Money lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite Hard Money / Private Money loans and analyze borrower documentation
• Calculate and validate financial metrics and review property details for risk assessment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient loan processing and issue approvals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of underwriting experience in Hard Money / Private Lending
• Strong understanding of Fix & Flip and Bridge loan underwriting
• Ability to evaluate ARV-based deals and rehab budgets
• Knowledge of appraisals, title reports, and insurance
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
