Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Underwriter who specializes in Hard Money lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite Hard Money / Private Money loans and review loan files
• Analyze property details, deal structure, and overall risk while calculating LTV and ARV
• Issue approvals and conditions, ensuring efficient communication with the team

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of underwriting experience in Hard Money / Private Lending
• Strong understanding of Fix & Flip and Bridge loan underwriting
• Ability to evaluate ARV-based deals and rehab budgets
• Knowledge of appraisals, title reports, and insurance
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
