Job Summary

Seeking a skilled California Licensed Hard Money Underwriter, the full-time position will underwrite private lending deals, review loan documentation, and analyze property risks while collaborating with loan officers and management in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Underwrite Hard Money / Private Money loans and analyze borrower documentation
• Calculate LTV, ARV, LTC, and validate rehab budgets and timelines
• Issue approvals and communicate conditions clearly to the team

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of underwriting experience in Hard Money / Private Lending
• Strong understanding of Fix & Flip and Bridge loan underwriting
• Ability to evaluate ARV-based deals and rehab scopes
• Knowledge of appraisals, title reports, and insurance
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
