Job Summary

A company is looking for a California Licensed Head of Legal Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's overall legal strategy, aligning it with business objectives
• Provide legal guidance and risk reduction strategies to executive leaders
• Manage contracts, intellectual property, and outside counsel relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Periodic travel to our Emeryville, CA headquarters for leadership meetings
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years at a reputable law firm
• Admitted to the CA state bar
• In-depth knowledge of corporate, intellectual property, and commercial/contract law
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills
