California Licensed Health Director

Job Summary

Leading client engagements in the design and management of health and benefits programs, the full-time Senior Director will drive strategy, grow client relationships, and generate new business opportunities while working onsite in Los Angeles or Irvine, California.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the client service team in delivering project plans, ensuring alignment with objectives, budgets, and quality standards
• Proactively advise clients and deliver superior service while engaging specialist resources to meet client needs
• Grow Health and Benefits revenue by anticipating client needs and crafting solutions for new client pursuits

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing and managing complex health and welfare plans in a consulting or brokerage environment
• Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships effectively
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Executive presence with strong written and oral communication skills
• CEBS designation or health and welfare actuarial or underwriting training desired
