California Licensed Health Equity Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Equity Specialist (State).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and oversee health equity programs
• Collaborate with various functional areas to implement Compliance Program goals
• Serve as a subject matter expert on health equity and cultural competency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Public Health, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience focused on Health Equity, Social Determinants of Health, or Community Health
• Familiarity with Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) standards preferred
• Must reside in California, preferably in Los Angeles or Sacramento
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
