Job Summary

Driving assigned program outcomes from initiation to close-out, the full-time California Licensed Health Plan Associate will coordinate and monitor cross-functional healthcare projects, focusing on operational readiness, risk identification, and regulatory compliance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional healthcare projects and operational process improvements for the Health Plan function
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones, partnering with subject-matter experts to document processes and design improvements
• Own Health Plan regulatory processes and filings, ensuring adherence to critical timelines and operational readiness for new center openings

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project management within healthcare or health plans
• Ability to navigate multiple external systems, including those operated by Medicare and Medicaid
• High proficiency with Microsoft applications, including SharePoint and Smartsheet
• Strong understanding of project management techniques, concepts, principles, and standards
• Demonstrated ability to forecast project challenges and define solutions for compliance and quality maintenance
