Job Summary
To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across construction projects, the full-time California Licensed Health & Safety Analyst will develop and implement safety policies, conduct site inspections, and provide guidance to project teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular site inspections and audits
- Create and implement workplace safety programs, emergency response plans, and safety policies
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in health and safety
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
- Technology competence with database management skills
- Experience in developing and delivering health and safety training programs
