California Licensed Healthcare Director

Job Summary

To drive healthcare transformation and enhance health equity, the full-time California Licensed Healthcare Director will manage a portfolio of Medical Management initiatives, oversee the implementation of the Health Equity Cultural Competency Program, and collaborate with various stakeholders to improve clinical operations and health outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for planning, management, and implementation of initiatives in care management, utilization management, and outreach programs
• Evaluate and partner with specialty vendors to implement new medical management programs
• Oversee a team focused on project management, performance improvement, and clinical analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of related experience in healthcare management
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Experience in developing and implementing culturally competent healthcare programs
• Knowledge of population health disparities and community engagement strategies
