Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Management Adjunct Instructor.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach synchronous online courses and engage students through effective instructional methods
- Develop and update course materials, ensuring alignment with college standards and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues for program improvement and stay current in the field through professional development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Healthcare Management or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Management field or 2 years of teaching experience in relevant subjects
- Preferred industry certifications related to healthcare management or administration
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses is preferred
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms is a plus
