Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Management Adjunct Instructor.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach synchronous online courses and engage students through effective instructional methods
- Design and update course materials to align with college standards and ensure compliance with accreditation
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development to enhance teaching practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Healthcare Management or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Management field or 2 years of teaching experience
- Preferred industry certifications related to healthcare management
- Experience with curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Electronic Medical Records platforms is preferred
