Job Summary
To support a growing teleaudiology practice, the full-time Remote Hearing Instrument Specialist will conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients while working from home in California.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct remote evaluations and fittings for hearing devices, ensuring optimal patient care
- Educate patients on effectively using their hearing technology and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient experiences and contribute clinical insights
Required qualifications
- Active Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) license in California with at least 2 years of fitting experience
- Empathetic and patient-first approach with strong communication skills
