Job Summary

A company is looking for a HIM Data Integrity Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and associated databases
• Investigate and resolve issues reported via EHR work queues and patient requests
• Ensure one patient has one medical record number (MRN) across the EHR

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of clerical experience required
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office required
• One year of medical record experience required
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy preferred
