Job Summary

A company is looking for a Weekend Home Health Nurse Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary clinical team in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate an interdisciplinary team of home care professionals
Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Collaborate with physicians and community resources to optimize patient care and assist in staff training

Required Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of management/leadership experience in a home health agency or similar setting
Current California RN licensure and AHA BLS certification
Background knowledge and expertise in clinical decision-making for the assigned patient population
Preferred experience in home health supervisory roles
