Job Summary
Supporting high-producing Loan Officers, the full-time California Licensed Home Lending Assistant will manage loan application processing, provide customer service, and assist in business development and administrative tasks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate application processing and coordinate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closings
- Proactively communicate loan statuses and provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Assist in developing a customer database and prepare marketing materials for events and presentations
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service and administrative support experience
- NMLS License is preferred
- Previous mortgage experience is strongly preferred
