California Licensed Home Loan Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting Home Loan Advisors in a remote capacity, the California Licensed Home Loan Assistant II will manage clerical and administrative loan processing duties, assist with pipeline management, and facilitate member experience through effective communication and document collection.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the origination of home loan applications and perform daily pipeline management
• Coordinate with Home Loan Operations to collect personal financial documents from members
• Develop marketing materials and prepare presentations for Home Loan Advisors

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in administrative functions or Home Loan Sales/Operations
• Minimum of three years' experience in the Home Loan or Real Estate industry preferred
• Knowledge of FNMA guidelines, ATR guidelines, and home loan products
• MLO/NMLS Registration required
• Experience with Encompass LOS preferred but not required
