Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Telephone Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients, utilizing client-customized protocols
• Document patient interactions and charting using electronic medical records (EMRs) and internal applications
• Participate in remote training and maintain compliance with state licensing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license and willingness to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care
• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as emergency departments or critical care
• Ability to navigate multiple technology applications and type efficiently
• Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work
