Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospital Care at Home RN for a full-time night shift position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to acute care populations in the home setting
• Monitor and respond to biometric data according to established protocols
• Conduct home and audio/visual patient care visits as directed by the care team

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered California state RN license
• RN Compact (multi-state) license preferred
• Three years of RN experience, preferably in Med/Surg or inpatient settings
• Clinical knowledge relevant to patient care
• Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and obtain necessary certifications
