Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Human Resources Analyst to oversee Academic Personnel policies, contracts, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend, develop, implement, and evaluate Academic Human Resources policies and procedures
• Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on academic human resources issues
• Support the onboarding of Residents, Clinical Fellows, and Graduate Student Researchers while ensuring compliance with university policies

Required Qualifications

• HR Generalist experience in employee lifecycle management
• Experience in an academic or university setting
• Accountability to high customer service standards and service level agreements
• Ability to perform duties with tact, discretion, and confidentiality
