Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to employee relations concerns and conducts confidential investigations
• Educates team members and leaders on HR policies and compliance
• Facilitates performance management processes and participates in HR initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of three (3) years of HR generalist or employee relations experience
• Experience supporting employees in California
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR laws and best practices
• Intermediate knowledge of Workday HRIS preferred
