Job Summary

Serving as a strategic consultant to departmental and executive leadership, the full-time California Licensed HR Business Partner will align human capital strategies with business objectives, manage complex employee relations, and provide coaching to department leaders in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-risk workplace investigations and advise on corrective actions and performance management
• Provide dedicated HR support and coaching to operational department leaders on workforce planning and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws and manage complex accommodation requests and HR policy audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience in an advanced Generalist or HRBP role
• Deep expertise in California employment laws and high-risk workplace investigations
• Proven ability to conduct complex workplace investigations and coach department leaders effectively
• Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms and Google Workspace
