Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant who will serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert in complex employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on employee relations and compliance issues to Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants
• Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and promote best practices in employee and labor relations
• Oversee Caregiver Relations work product, mentor consultants, and maintain HR metrics and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in general human resources at the exempt level across multiple states
• 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
• Advanced experience in labor relations, ADAAA, Leaves of Absence, or mediation
