Job Summary
Serving as a strategic consultant, the full-time California Licensed HR Consultant will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and policy adherence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants on complex employee relations issues
- Identify and assess compliance and policy concerns, making recommendations for resolution
- Utilize advanced expertise in labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence to support organizational needs
Required qualifications
- 8 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent exempt-level work in a multi-state environment
- 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
- Advanced experience in one of the following specialty areas: labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
- HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SHRM-CP) upon hire
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
