Job Summary
Providing consulting and guidance to PG&E leaders and employees, the full-time temporary Senior HR Consultant will focus on performance management processes and collaborate with leaders to develop action plans, working remotely within California.
Key responsibilities
- Consults with PG&E leaders on performance management processes and interprets policies for specific situations
- Collaborates with leaders to develop action and improvement plans to address performance gaps
- Conducts internal investigations in response to complaints, summarizing event facts for review and submission to relevant parties
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Social Sciences
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations and conflict resolution
- Experience diagnosing and resolving performance issues
- Strong knowledge of California labor law and federal employment regulations
- Experience as an HR business partner or in labor relations
