Job Summary

Providing consulting and guidance to PG&E leaders and employees, the full-time temporary Senior HR Consultant will focus on performance management processes and collaborate with leaders to develop action plans, working remotely within California.

Key responsibilities

• Consults with PG&E leaders on performance management processes and interprets policies for specific situations
• Collaborates with leaders to develop action and improvement plans to address performance gaps
• Conducts internal investigations in response to complaints, summarizing event facts for review and submission to relevant parties

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Social Sciences
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations and conflict resolution
• Experience diagnosing and resolving performance issues
• Strong knowledge of California labor law and federal employment regulations
• Experience as an HR business partner or in labor relations
