Job Summary

To support employee relations initiatives, the full-time California Licensed HR Consultant will serve as a resource for leaders and caregivers, focusing on compliance with HR policies, conducting employee relations research, and maintaining HR metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations matters to core leaders and caregivers
• Conduct research to identify trends and patterns in employee relations and labor relations
• Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and effective record-keeping

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
• 2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
• 2 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
