California Licensed HR Consultant

Job Summary

To support employee relations initiatives, the full-time California Licensed HR Consultant will serve as a resource for leaders and caregivers, addressing employee relations matters, conducting research, and maintaining HR metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies
• Conduct research to identify trends in employee relations and recommend interventions
• Maintain accurate HR metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
• 2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
• 2 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
