California Licensed HR Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support HR management planning, the full-time temporary California Licensed HR Data Analyst will utilize data analysis to provide insights into strategic initiatives, develop analytical tools, and create meaningful HR metrics while working remotely from California.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate HR business programs and end-user data requirements to develop analytical and reporting tools
• Serve as a subject matter expert in HR business analytics to promote achievement of HR program objectives
• Create and present HR metrics and reporting that provide insights into workforce planning and management

Required qualifications

• Minimum three years of Human Resources or Administrative Support experience
• At least one year of analytics experience related to HR
• Bachelor's Degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of education
• Advanced MS Excel skills with strong experience in developing reports and dashboards
• Workday Pro - Reporting certification required within one year of hire
