Job Summary
To support a portfolio of arenas, stadiums, and theaters, the full-time California Licensed HR Executive Director will serve as a strategic and operational HR leader, managing workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement in a multi-site environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner to venue leadership teams, aligning HR strategy with business priorities
- Support large-scale hiring initiatives and ensure consistent execution of HR programs across multiple venues
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues and partner with labor relations teams in union environments
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in multi-site or operational environments
- Experience in hospitality, sports & entertainment, or other high-volume workforce environments preferred
- Proven experience supporting large, distributed workforces
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Knowledge of California employment laws
