Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist, California-Based.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR partner to executive leadership, providing guidance on employee relations and performance management
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive experience for new hires and departing employees
• Ensure HR compliance with employment laws, maintain accurate personnel records, and support benefits administration

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or senior generalist capacity
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices
• HR certification preferred (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent)
