California Licensed HR Generalist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary HR contact for assigned offices throughout the western region, the full-time California Licensed HR Generalist will provide consultative and operational HR support, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and compliance in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees in assigned regional offices
• Partner with office leadership to enhance employee engagement and support staffing needs
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes while ensuring compliance with HR policies

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in California and have experience supporting multiple locations or decentralized work environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with substantial expertise in California employment practices
• Demonstrated ability to apply California employment laws effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
