Job Summary

California Licensed HR Platform Manager, responsible for overseeing the Workday ecosystem and integration portfolio while enabling AI across HR platforms in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and govern the Workday ecosystem, including hands-on configuration and managing integration strategies
• Lead multi-functional outcomes across enterprise HR technology and drive execution of AI initiatives
• Mentor and manage a distributed engineering team while ensuring adherence to architectural standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR Technology with expertise in Workday configuration and solution architecture
• Proven track record of managing an integration portfolio across multiple HR systems
• Experience with enterprise integrations, Workday Studio, and APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Familiarity with AI concepts and experience enabling AI initiatives within enterprise platforms
• Experience in leading distributed or offshore engineering teams with a focus on high-quality delivery
