Job Summary

Proactively sourcing talent, the per diem California Licensed HR Specialist will manage the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, including conducting intake sessions, screening candidates, and preparing job offers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct intake and strategy sessions with hiring managers to ensure accurate job descriptions and postings
  • Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels, presenting qualified applicants to hiring managers
  • Prepare conditional offers and negotiate on behalf of hiring managers while collaborating with Total Rewards specialists on compensation matters
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in business or Human Resources related field strongly preferred
  • HRCI or SHRM HR certification is preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Level Recruitment
