Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr HRIS Workday Payroll Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of the payroll module in Workday, including configuration of state tax exceptions and W2 setup
- Manage collaboration with functional teams and oversee integration with other HRIS components
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and maintain documentation and system updates for business continuity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or IT-related field
- 3+ years of experience configuring Workday payroll
- Extensive experience in large-scale HR transformation projects
- Proven ability to organize and plan Workday implementations and ongoing support
- Strong understanding of estimation methodologies and project management
