Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr HRIS Workday Payroll Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and architecture of the payroll module in Workday, including configuration of state tax exceptions and W2 setup
  • Manage collaboration with functional teams and oversee integration with other HRIS components
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and maintain documentation and system updates for business continuity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or IT-related field
  • 3+ years of experience configuring Workday payroll
  • Extensive experience in large-scale HR transformation projects
  • Proven ability to organize and plan Workday implementations and ongoing support
  • Strong understanding of estimation methodologies and project management
