Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager HRIS, Benefits & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, optimization, and governance of the HRIS platform and employee lifecycle transactions
• Oversee the design and communication of employee benefits programs and manage vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits administration and HR data management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in HRIS administration and benefits management
• Experience with modern HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, or similar
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience supporting multi-state employee populations, especially in California
