Job Summary

Leading health, safety, and environmental initiatives, the full-time California Licensed HSE Manager will create and implement programs for small to medium-sized clients while ensuring compliance and promoting a proactive culture, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
• Monitor and analyze injury, illness, and incident reports, providing recommendations for risk prevention
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify concerns and communicate findings to management for strategic solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of relevant experience and education
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management
• Additional certifications as required by local authorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate teams and drive program effectiveness
