California Licensed HSE Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs, the full-time California Licensed HSE Manager will work remotely from Sunnyvale, CA, managing compliance initiatives and promoting a proactive safety culture for small to medium-sized clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage regulatory compliance initiatives and develop strategic risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks
• Monitor incident reports and provide recommendations for risk prevention and compliance improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Additional certifications as required by local authorities
• Proven leadership skills to motivate teams and improve departmental effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate sensitive and complex information effectively
