California Licensed HSE Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for small to medium-sized clients, the full-time California Licensed HSE Manager will promote compliance, manage risk initiatives, and monitor regulatory adherence while working remotely from Sunnyvale, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage risk management strategies and track operational safety risks to prevent incidents
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify concerns and communicate findings to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Additional certifications as required by local authorities
• Strong leadership skills to motivate team performance and improve departmental effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
